About Me
Rooted in dialogue, shaped by complexity, guided by humanity.
I support individuals, teams, and organizations to navigate change with greater clarity, courage, resilience, and care — especially in the in-between spaces where identity, belonging, and direction are being redefined.
My path
My work has grown at the intersection of leadership development, systemic facilitation, dialogue, innovation, and social impact. Across different roles, cultures, and contexts, I have been drawn again and again to one essential question:
How do people and systems move through challenge, difference, and transition in ways that are more honest, human, and life-giving?
Originally from the Middle East and now based in the Netherlands, I bring a cross-cultural, relational, and systems-aware perspective to the spaces I hold. My journey has moved across innovation environments, international NGOs, leadership learning spaces, and dialogue processes shaped by complexity, conflict, and transformation.
I know what it means to live and work in-between worlds — between cultures, languages, roles, identities, and futures. That lived experience informs how I work with others. I am especially drawn to moments when old ways no longer fit, and something new is trying to emerge.
In those moments, I help create the conditions for reflection, dialogue, courage, and collective agency — so that people can reconnect with what matters, strengthen relationships, and move forward with more grounded resilience.
Change is not only strategic. It is relational, emotional, and deeply human.
Whether I am working with an individual, a team, or an organization, I pay attention not only to goals and outcomes, but also to patterns, relationships, assumptions, tensions, and unspoken dynamics.
Often, the real movement begins when people feel safe enough to be honest, reflective enough to see more clearly, and supported enough to act with courage.
My role is to help people and systems listen more deeply, make sense of complexity, and uncover wiser ways forward.
What I bring
Wild Wisdom
Wild Wisdom is the name I give to the deeper thread running through my work: learning from living systems, honoring interdependence, and trusting that resilience grows not through control, but through relationship, adaptation, and rooted presence.
The Ground Beneath the Work
Wild Wisdom is my own nature-informed approach to leadership, dialogue, and transformation. It has grown from years of practice across cultures, systems, and change processes — and is grounded in formal education and professional training in systemic dialogue, coaching, facilitation, leadership, political science, human rights, communication, and conflict-sensitive practice.
